I went to Jamwest yesterday and had an AMAZING experience! From the moment we arrived everything was top class. The property is beautiful, clean and very well organized.
The activities were so much fun - the ATV was my favorite. The staff are super friendly and make you feel safe while having fun.
Special big up to the front desk agent who checked us in. He was so welcoming, professional and helpful. He explained everything clearly, was smiling the whole time and made the process very smooth. You can tell he loves his job.
Jamwest is a must visit in Negril! I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Nice groomed trail, have a mix of different terrain and views.
Wish we could have stopped to take photos of the farm life we passed and should have been offered a drink of water to get the dust out of our teeth when we stopped.

Good experience
We had a lovely time at Jamwest. We did the ATV and mineral bath. Jamwest arranged transportation to and from our hotel which made it very convenient for us.

Never Again
Terrible. The commute there from Montego Bay is ridiculous. They should do a better job at explaining how the commute works. We had a 12PM reservation. The driver came to pick us up at 11AM. We didn’t get to the Jamwest location until 2PM! It took us 3hrs to get there. The ATV ride was quicker than the commute! And the vehicles weren’t working properly, we had to change our buggy two times. A family of three that was wit us had complications from their buggy, forcing us to stop 5 times. The ride was about 45mins, we were done by 3:10PM. Then had to wait until 4:30 for the van to take us back. We spent our whole day there for one little activity. I definitely won’t be coming back here when in Jamaica.

Quick Money Grab
It was ok, I guess I expected a little more ride out of the money I paid for this. They have alot of rules. You can’t really have fun you have to ride in a line behind unexperienced riders. They take through a path in the woods you ride through made water puddles under a bridge tunnel with made water puddles around a couple residential houses you get off by the beach and take a pic or two and then you come back. If it’s your 1st time riding four wheelers you may enjoy this event I didn’t too much I expected to ride with some experienced guides through some cold paths and do donuts and have fun. It was ok overall but not what I expected and you have to ride the dune buggies with another person you can’t drive them by yourself very disappointing. Also the little time you are riding them they have a little shack with drinks they try a sell you while you are on the path which isn’t even long enough to need a drink or anything lol. They give you lockers in to start and you put your items in it they don’t tell you about the shack in the woods so most of us left our monies in the locker it was more of a surprise stop another money grab. The best experience about the whole thing was the DRIVER that got us to Jam West he was Awesome!
