Very cool LONG tour our guide Tutty was awesome. Some cool trails saw howler monkeys stopped for cool drinks before heading back. Highly recommend.

The activity was unorganized outside of the actual ATV ride. I started reaching out the afternoon before to confirm pickup time and just plans overall. I did not receive a response until less than 1 hour before time for the activity. I used Viator, cell phone text message and could not use WhatsApp because it wasn't set up for the number. They confirmed pickup through one message only telling me to come outside the gate at the time because the property I was on did not allow outside pickups. That is false. I even sent a message back saying that we would come outside but that my property was okay with outside pickups. This was the second inconvenience, being made to walk the steep hill out and in. We get to the van, there is this extra slippery covering over the whole van which is okay but no warning whatsoever. The driver simply throws the door open and has us get in. This was how the whole trip went with him opening doors, standing wayyy back and providing no explanations of anything. The ATV tour was pretty good. Due to dry season, there were only two quick babbling streams to go thru, everything else was dry areas. They did range in complexity and offered some fun. Got a chance to stop at a local Mart that was very nice. And then here comes the driver again. I am still battling this slick floor and a sore knee that can't get comfortable because I'm sliding everywhere. So we pass a farmacia and I'm thinking of coming back out for something for my right leg. The two other ladies get off somewhere I don't recognize and they said for us to have a good day and start to walk across street. The driver says, do you want souvenir? I see it's a souvenir store and the first thing the driver has said to us since pick up. I say farmacia trying to piece together something but the driver yells no and SLAMS the van door. Seriously! Gets in and drives us to our place, no other words. First time that I did not tip all weekend and I wish I knew his name to personalize this review but he never gave us that either. And now that I've had time to reflect, the seats were muddy and the floors were wet so someone got the muddy experience, just not our group.

Our guide Alfredo was the best! We left his location with clear instructions and were off quickly. He never rushed us, even when we got stuck! He just said, “part of the adventure”. Great attitude and he stopped to show us Howler Monkeys. We stopped of for refreshments at a tilapia farm where they had goats, chickens, horses, piglets, and cows to interact with. The people of Sardinian were fantastic. Not to worry, they take cards and Apple Pay. Highly recommend this tour.

This was amazing! You definitely get your money’s worth with this experience. We had a great time seeing animals, locals, and also going through tough terrain! I would highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to ride ATVs. The tour guides were great and very funny, which made the experience even better. I would definitely do this again.

This was a fantastic experience. Louis was amazing and so knowledgeable. He showed us some amazing sights. He even spotted howler monkeys while we were driving. He stopped and let us take pictures. We would highly recommend this experience!

La Leona Waterfall CR by Magda was the address when we went. David was great, he can help elderly and get through everything at a fast pace if preferred like he did with us. Lots of monkeys, swimming, cliff jumping opportunity, waterfall, and he took great pictures. You can hike in a bathing suit and easily change when you’re done, there are locked lockers for storage. All you need for the hike is sneakers that you are okay swimming in, bathing suit, phone, and water. After you will want a towel, change of shoes, and change of comfy clothes. The food was delicious and we got hibiscus juice which was delicious. If you’re a good hiker the tour is 3-4 hours.

We have done many excursions in Costa Rica, and this is one of our favourites! The tour included driving through a few local towns, crossing and fording rivers, and visiting a fantastic waterfall where you can go for a swim or dive in from the top! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time on this excursion! Very convenient with the resort pickup. It was a great way to see the countryside and we even saw monkeys! The empanadas and ceviche were also very good! I would definitely recommend this excursion.
