We had a great experience with my family! Our tour guide Moto-moto was super funny and really great over all. The Cenotes were beautiful and the ATV tour was awesome! I have never zip-lined upside down before either!
My group had an amazing time at this experience. Starting with the guy who picked us up and dropped us off to our hotel, he was funny. I love that they offer this service for convenience. Mary was a great guide along with everyone who helped her with the zip lines. Everyone was polite and super fun. The lines were a little basic but for me personally, crossing the bridges to get to the lines were more scary as I’m afraid of heights. Overall I would do this experience again.

8 hour tour not 4 due to a lack of direction and organization of the employees. Zip line was a blast so that’s that this gets 1 star. ATVS are old and brakes did not work... totally at risk. “Cenote” is actually just a filthy pond, do not let the pictures fool you. There is an upcharge for nearly everything. Terrible experience.
First time using the ATV, it was tricky, messy, but a lot of fun at the end of the day!! Zip lining never done it with my head flipped over!!! Crazy ziplinging - a lot of fun:) The zipl lines were not as "dangerous" as I have seen in some other spots. This was by far pretty tame. I think its the staff that made the place very unique. Every individual and their personalities made this adventure pretty fun - their good humor was infectious and made it all worth it:) Very helpful, respectful with safety being foremost on their priority list and then fun of course:) Hard working lads, great photographers....both my friend and I had fun and it was a memorable vacation - good 4 hours spent making memories :)
