Not very dynamic and the guide had never done a tour in English. Some of the facts were off and the guide did not seem like he was enjoying the tour.
Great tour. Guide was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions, even offbeat or historical ones. Highly recommend!
Never showed up and never communicated. Why allow bookings if unavailable? Was able to get refunded for this tour but no compensation for wasted time and taxi fare
Francisca led the best tour I have ever been on. She was knowledgeable, kind, answered all of our questions about mythology and Greek customs, gave recommendations for restaurants, book stores, etc…it was relaxing and such a fun way to become oriented in a new city. We might have missed out on some of the best parts of Athens if not for this tour!
We had a very personal tour with Giacomo and his extensive knowledge of the historical landmarks and culture of Greece was fantastic. He is very approachable and answered many questions we had on our tour with him. I recommend his tour very highly as we came away with a much greater understanding of the history of Greece. Nice 2h walk with some useful informations about Athens and Greek history. Good for a first tour in Athens to discover the city by a guide.
Rena was very nice and is input to all questions. Great entry to make a transition over the city. German skills were very good from Rena. Much has been learned about the political and historical history of Athens and cultural development.
Great activity to start with when you arrive in Athens. It gives you the opportunity to go through main parts of Athens with all main sights and you get the first orientation through Athens. Our guide Rena was very nice, very knowledgable, she told us interesting mythological stories, true ancient facts, then about the first kings of Greece and who created the Royal Gardens. And a lot of fun facts how about modern Greece. We liked the tour very much and recommend it!
