Incredibly good, I recommend living this experience.
Excellent experience, wonderful stargazing, good guide, fabulous dome experience
With one hour’s notice, we were moved from the 10pm to the 8pm tour. We had booked an English tour, but the tour was in both English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Impressive linguistics from the guide, but it meant we spent a lot of time waiting for information we could understand. We looked at a total of 4 objects through the telescopes. We enjoyed these quick viewings, but that’s all you get during the 2 hour experience. The remainder of the time is spent driving to the location, taking photos of yourself with the stars in the background, and watching powerpoint slides of the cosmos with snacks in a crowded room. Bit of an odd experience, not unpleasant, but walked away frustrated to not have learned or seen more of the stars and planets in our sky.

In astronomy, this is a natural phenomenon that creates significant brightness in the night sky, greatly reducing the visibility of deep-sky objects such as nebulae, galaxies, star clusters, and many fainter stars. During a full moon, even with high-quality telescopes, the number of celestial objects that can be observed is considerably reduced because the Moon's intense light washes out much of the night sky. Under these conditions, the Moon itself becomes the main attraction, offering breathtaking views of its craters, mountains, and lunar seas in remarkable detail, while many other astronomical objects become difficult or impossible to observe. We understand that this may have been different from what you expected, especially if you were hoping to see a wider variety of celestial objects. Our team always adapts each astronomy session to the natural sky conditions of the night to provide the best possible experience within the limits imposed by nature. Your comments are greatly appreciated, as they help us continue improving and better explain how the Moon's phases influence astronomical observations. Amazing! The sight of the starry sky on Atacama is from another world. Super-prepared guides and state-of-the-art telescopes. A unique experience for those who love astronomy! However, the company was 30 minutes late at check-in and did not reply messages.
We never managed to download the photos with the QR code we were given, the tour was too fast to be on 31/12/2025 just from 11 at night until after twelve at night, we were given champagne locked in a room and we were taken to a dark place where they took our photos fast and returned to the hotel, nothing relaxed looking at the stars waiting for the new year, for you it was just another job, for us we went from the other place in the world to celebrate the new year looking at the stars

We joined the stargazing tour in Atacama, which started at 9:30 PM, and it was truly amazing. On the way, we already saw stunning stars, and our guide was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and explained all the constellations clearly. He also helped us adjust the telescopes to ensure everyone could see and understand what they were looking at. The tour even provided a variety of snacks, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire process was very well organized and enjoyable. The only small improvement could be giving advance notice for later start times. Overall, it was an excellent experience and definitely worth joining.
The driver left us a while waiting on the bus alone in the heat, until he returned and took us to the spot. The cocktail was good but the two worst events were much better. But the astronomer was excellent and explained very richly and thoroughly!
Excellent we really liked it, only we went with full moon lit up too much but still it was amazing the experience
