We waited and hour, but because we called Viator to complain we were treated with a mean unwelcoming vibe. The driver pulled over on the freeway to document we were in his card. This was scary and uncalled for. He made us hold up a sign with our name on it. The driver came into our hotel while we were checking in and started taking pictures of us. Unprofessional and inappropriate!

No pick up instructions prior to departing originating country so spent 45min looking for driver even though we asked prior to leaving. Other than that, vehicle was very clean, driver was courteous, helpful with luggage and we felt safe with the journey from the airport to the hotel.

The driver was waiting for us with our name on a sign. He was very polite, helped with our bags & provided water. Our hotel is a bit out of the way but he got us there safely making our arrival in Bangkok hassle free.
