Do NOT book this excursion! It is absolutely not worth the money or your time. Friday 6/12 was our last day in Florida so we booked this excursion to wrap up the week. We are a family of five and paid over $600 for this experience which included only 30 minutes of jet ski riding, and we left very disappointed. Our trip was supposed to start at 12:00 p.m., but Captain JD arrived about an hour late. He initially told us he would be there in 20 minutes, but we ended up waiting more than 40 minutes longer than that. The island itself was disappointing. The water was stagnant, there were rocks everywhere, and it really wasn’t a place where you could comfortably swim. We tried to make the best of it, but the paddle board kept deflating, and when my husband and I tried using the floating mat, we drew in water making it puddle of water due to how worn out it was. Captain JD left us on the island while he went back and forth to take care of other excursions (we were the only one booked for this experience) Also, there is no shade or place to sit and rest, so we sat under the vegetation on top the life jackets because the island is so rocky. I did asked him about the beautiful location shown in the advertising photos. His response was, “Not today,” and that the sun makes things look different; we were stuck. Unfortunately, the area we visited looked nothing like what was advertised. As for refreshments, don’t expect much. Snacks consisted of chips, and drinks were just a six-pack of water along with some Coke and tea. Overall, this experience was overpriced, poorly managed, and did not match the expectations set by the advertisement. I do not recommend them would giver no star if it was possible.

It’s ONLY Jetski for an hour. Nothing else!!!! The booking said boat party, water and snackes but non of these will be afforded. Again, it’s only for Jetski, the guy who drive the boat was nice but he just drive you back and forth to the meeting points. Whatever was described about having 3 hours wasn’t true. I’m giving 3 star just because of his attitude!!!!. I’m not gonna say it was full scam, but half scam or whatever that means!.

horrible service , we came to our excursion nobody was here they canceled our tour with no communication, refund takes 2 weeks man was very disrespectful as we trying to figure out our excursion

One of the best experiences I’ve had. Everyone so nice and friendly, they really make sure you have the best time and make you feel comfortable. I have done the jetski tour and the part boat, I can assure you all the staff are super welcoming and will make sure you have the best experience possible. 100% recommend

This Jet Ski experience was absolutely thrilling and one of the highlights of my trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and gave clear, easy-to-follow safety instructions. Even as a first-timer, I felt confident and excited. Once we got out on the water, it was pure adrenaline! The jet skis were powerful, easy to handle, and in excellent condition. The feeling of speeding across the waves with the wind in your face is something I’ll never forget. The area we explored was beautiful and wide open, giving us the freedom to ride fast and have fun safely.

Cancelled our trip last minute on our last day in town claiming they were closed today. Why were we able to make the reservation for this day in the first place if they were closed? Our group had all already taken and paid for our boaters certifications, so that was a waste of time and money. Thankfully they refunded the full amount, but this should not have happened in the first place. Disappointing.

Really great time! Went with my friends and really enjoyed jet skiing and dancing. Would definitely recommend to anybody in Miami

So much fun the jet skiing was rlly long and the captain was playing amazing music. Had a great time and definitely recommend for others

Can’t complain. 5 stars - affordable, reliable and jet skiis were the best. Felt safe and didn’t ever hesitate to help. Loved it

My friends and I had a great time, JD was amazing!! 10/10 recommend if your visiting Miami for jet skiing and water toys!!
