A little disappointed with this tour. The waterfalls and boat ride were amazing but a lot of time is spent pushing shopping items (jewellery, leather items and clothes). These are listed on the itinerary but the sales people are quite pushy so it can be uncomfortable. The itinerary included Hadrians gate but this was left out by our guide Sunny so we only got a 4 minute history lesson before being taken to the old bazaar where clothes were being sold to us by more pushy sellers. The lunch which was included was very good.

Overall, it wasn't bad, but to be honest, it’s was very weird of visits to a jewelry store and a leather shop It is located very far away from city and general they left a rather unpleasant impression... so the best parts were the waterfalls, the cliffs, and the boat ride. Everything else is very much a matter of personal taste :)

value for money consider the transport and places visited.

I thought this would be a historic tour of the old city, some shopping (Bazar type) and boat ride to see the waterfalls. Instead we got bused around to the airport area to 1 jewelry store and then 1 leather goods store (I suppose selected by the tour company) where aggressive salespeople followed us everywhere, we saw the waterfall from above and had a short tour of the other waterfall. The boat ride was the harbor....there was NO tour of the old town and 0 history other than 2 sentences on when and who founded the city. Waste of time.

The trip was fantastic, Amen was an excellent tour guide giving us good advice throughout the day. The communication from the tour operator was good. We all enjoyed the day, the only part we didn't enjoy was the visit to the leather and jewellery stores where we were followed around the stores. We would have preferred to go around the shopping mall that was close by.

I went on a trip to the two waterfalls and then went by boat to the old town. Everything was a dream. The price was very good and the most pleasant thing was the guide Melo who became a real friend for us during the trip. Thank you Melo for the experience you shared with us and for the fact that we became friends. All praise for Melo, the guide in English that everyone would like to have 🤗 Constantin

The tour was well planned and the tour guide Sunny was informative and knowledgeable. What guests must know is that there are three stops that are basic sales pitches( leather, jewelry and clothes) this takes up some of the time and for those not interested in shopping might find this frustrating. This was however noted on the itinerary and did not come as a surprise. The boat ride was beautiful and the waterfalls was lovely. I feel the tour was value for money and covered everything it promised .

It is a very complete tour, our guide "Sunny" is quite communicative and the information was great. Lunch was the only other way, because we are vegetarian and the option offered was not pleased. The boat ride is pretty, but I think there was a lack of indications about the points we were seeing. Free time was well spent.

Initially the communication was from different people but good that contact had been made. There are several coordinators that you could come across and we eventually met the wonderful Amine (sorry if I got that wrong). We went first to Lara Falls which was beautiful. Caveat Emptor - if you are going to buy an ice cream from the guy who does all the tricks, get the price first. Did you read that, get the price first as it will be a shock. Also do not leave anything on the bus unless the Guide says it is ok, I took everything, it was easier. We then had a call in via lovely leather and jewelry shops on the way there our Guide gave us brilliant and humorous advice. We then went to Duden falls which was stunning, we didnt have a lot of time, perhaps less time at the leather and jewelry shop should see to that. We then went for what I found was the best kebab I have ever tasted, the trip is worth it just for that. We then went to the Old Town to go on a boat trip with breathtaking scenery and we then went in our own time to Old Town for our touristy, time on our own thing. I left the trip there as it was closer to my accommodation than my pick up/drop off hotel. Very enjoyable, a great crowd with great scenery and excellent food, what is there not to like?

Cracking excision. Great value for money and also went out of there way to pick me up from hotel even though we where out of the pick up zone area.
