I booked this tour because it advertised a German-speaking guide, a boat trip, a cable car ride, and a guided city tour of Antalya. Unfortunately, several key parts of the tour were either not provided at all or only partially delivered. The tour was initially postponed by one day. We were told this was due to weather conditions affecting the cable car operation. However, the cable car appeared to be operating on the original date, which made the explanation difficult to understand. The day started well with a German-speaking guide. However, throughout the tour there were multiple guide and driver changes. In total, we had three different guides, and only the first one spoke German. While we were on Mount Olympos, our small group received a call telling us to come back down quickly so that we would not miss the advertised boat trip. We rushed back accordingly. Once we returned to Antalya, we were unexpectedly informed that the boat trip had been cancelled and that we would be taken directly back to our hotels. Even more disappointing, the advertised city tour of Antalya was effectively cancelled as well. Only after some discussion were we given approximately one hour of free time in the old town. There was no guided tour, no explanations, and no information about the city. As a result, several major elements of the advertised experience were missing: the German-speaking guidance for most of the day, the boat trip, and the city tour itself. For the cancelled boat trip, I received a refund of only €5 despite paying €99.30 for the tour. Considering the number of services that were not provided, I found this compensation completely inadequate. Before posting this review, I contacted the tour operator directly to raise my concerns and give them an opportunity to explain the situation. Unfortunately, I never received a response. The places we visited were beautiful, but the tour delivered was significantly different from the tour that was advertised. Based on my experience, I would not book with this operator again and cannot recommend this tour.

Would have give 5 stars but what let the trip down was taking us to a tourist jewellery store which we was constantly being followed by the staff pestering us to buy something. Very overpriced and some people actually bought jewellery. If you purchased any You couldn’t take anything away with you. They drop it off with your guide and when the people who purchased items received them they wasn’t what they bought. We only had 30 min at the first waterfall which we didn’t mange to see much of as we were having pictures taken with parrots. They made us spend nearly 45min in the jewellery store so we were being pestered for 45min very annoying. After that they took us to a leather store which we didn’t want to see as it wasn’t in the description. It was 21° outside and didn’t want to be stuck inside. I went on to the reviews before I booked it and the company even said the jewellery store and leather wasn’t part of the trip which was a lie. Other than that we had a fun day making new friends and experiencing the culture.

We had a excellent tour and really enjoyed. The tour guide Amin was very friendly. Everything was arranged properly and the lunch from a local restaurant was also great.
