The 2 day sunrise/ sunset Angor Wat tour was a great experience . Our guide Saroun Pal was full of information and very helpful and our driver Dara was our little saviour with a constant supply of cold water and cold cloths to cool us all down . Much appreciated.

You need to be mobile you really do !! There was a lot of movement. The driver and guides were brilliant.

Sam and Dara are a great guide duo with Sam being a literal encyclopaedia of the Angkor Wat history and architecture. I thoroughly enjoyed the two day trip sunset and sunrise tour. The only thing I would change is the sunset spot as it is, against the recommendations of several people, not that special and nice. I would choose one of the temples instead and not the hill. Otherwise, great experience!

We were lucky and privileged to have chosen this tour to guide us on our first trip through Cambodia. Mr. Bun and Mr. Naro guided us with great wisdom, safety, respect, and extensive knowledge about the local history and rich culture. We did the two-day tour and visited the main temples in the region. We watched the sunset and sunrise together in what was certainly an unforgettable experience. As two women traveling alone, we had safety concerns, but at no point did we feel uncomfortable traveling here — on the contrary, we already want to return! Once again, thank you Mr. Bun and Mr. Naro!

We did the two day Angkor Wat tour with Journey Cambodia and highly recommend it! Our tour guide was Bun and drivers Seyha (sunrise) and Naro (sunset) are the best tour guides! Bun is very knowledgeable and sweet. Seyha and Naro took care of us on the bus and gave us plenty of water and cold “spring rolls” aka rolled up face towels. They were super refreshing after the hot and humid day at the temples. Bun and the drivers were very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. We had plenty of time to take pictures and ask questions. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Bun, Seyha, and Naro! Tips: Make sure you wear clothes that cover shoulders and knees for the temples. Bring sunscreen, hat, bug spray, and rechargeable battery. Enjoy your trip with Journey Cambodia!

We had a great time on this trip! I am sure like many people we came to Siem Reap to see Angkor Wat and were somewhat unaware of everyone else. However, this area has many temples that are very different and special in their own way. In the end the other temples might even be more interesting or favorites over Angkor Wat. Our tour guide Bun was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and told us all of the history and stories of the carvings on the temples. He was also very patient with all of our questions. He also made a special stop so that my wife could try the palm cakes. Our drivers Seyha and Naro were also great. They were very good drivers and very nice and always had water bottles and cold towels available for us.

To be honest, my friend and I had some doubts about joining this tour when we first booked it. We thought traveling on our own would be more comfortable and give us more freedom. However, after joining the tour, our thought completely changed. If you are visiting Angkor Wat for the first time without much knowledge about the temples(especially during the hottest season) I highly recommend booking this tour. If you are staying in Siem Reap for only a short time, just book this tour. If you are staying longer, I would recommend taking this tour first and then enjoying the rest of your time exploring on your own. What makes this experience even more special is that the guides are Cambodians who were born and raised here. No one who speaks your language can provide the same level of accurate, detailed, and vivid insight into these temples and Cambodian culture as they can. Our guide, Mr. Bun, was so kind, polite, humorous, and patient. He guided the group at the perfect pace, allowing everyone enough time to appreciate each temple. Mr. Bun showed us the best photo spots where the temples look especially beautiful and helped take photos for us. At every temple, he provided rich and engaging explanations while also giving us plenty of free time to explore on our own. The tour itinerary covers many temples, and I believe it has been designed to include the highlights that have earned the highest praise from visitors over the years. So we were able to visit some of the most breathtaking temples among the countless temples scattered throughout the Siem Reap area. The additional services provided were also professional. In such extreme heat, they clearly understand that many travelers are not accustomed to the Cambodian climate. To help everyone stay comfortable, they provided an air-conditioned bus, cold bottled water, refreshing chilled towels with a mint scent, umbrellas for shade, and other thoughtful services. These may sound like small, but during the tour they made a huge difference, especially when we returned exhausted from exploring under the blazing sun. If any of my friends or family members were planning to visit Angkor Wat, I would recommend this tour without hesitation. Mr. Bun, thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories in Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. We will never forget this amazing experience.

The Angkor temple complex is a fascinating destination, and well worth the visit to appreciate the architecture of the ancient Khmer people. Be prepared for the extreme heat and humidity though. Ample water and an umbrella were provided during the tour which made a huge difference. Our tour guide Bun was spectacular. He explained everything in an easily digestible format and answered all the questions we had. He has a great sense of humor and got some very picturesque shots of us. Special shout out to the driver Seyha for the fresh cold spring roll towels after spending time in the heat and for getting us safely in and out.

Me and my partner had an amazing time on our two day tour!! Our guide Sak was extremely friendly, funny, knowledgeable and a brilliant photographer!!! He knew all the best spots for really good photos and I felt very informed during our tour. Our driver Naroo was also very helpful and provided us with refreshing towels and drinks throughout the journey!! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about the Angkor complex and Cambodia and I would highly recommend Sak and Naroo to anyone who books this tour!!!

I booked the small group 2 day sunset & sunrise tour for my partner and I and we were privileged to a couple of excellent days. Our tour guide, Sak, was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER (if you want the best shots and viewpoints, I would 100% request Sak if possible!). He could answer all our questions and shared some deeply personal insights that allowed us to truly understand what the Angkor archeological park means to the Cambodian people. Our driver, Naroo, was always on time and ready to provide us with cold water and towels. They were the perfect team to make our experience one we’d never forget.
