Book with a different company
We were delayed for 2 hours in the Amsterdam airport waiting for our luggage to be unloaded off the plane. When we were finally ready to head to the hotel, our driver was nowhere to be found. We looked all over. We therefore had to pay a pricey sum to take a taxi to the hotel. We were not happy at all. Would not recommend to family and friends to book with Viator if traveling to Amsterdam.

Dear Ronald, Your driver waited for almost 2 hours for you at the airport but you was not there and you did not informed us about your delay! He left the airport after all the baggage was handled. I have here pictures of your driver waiting with a nameplate with your on it at the Airport for proof that we where there! How could we know that you had a delay if you not informd our customer service? We send you text messages and we tried to call you several times including me but you did not respond to our calls. And why didn't you contact us when you arrived at the airport? We also let you know in the extra net of Viator that you have to contact us if you can't locate your driver and your answer was "yes thank you" but you did't contact us! We could send a driver for you as well. This review is not fair and I request you to remove this!

Super fast and easy Met us at the meeting point of the airport Car was large clean and had cold water waiting for us - cheaper than a taxi !!!

Outstanding service. Gilio was there to meet us at the exit door of baggage claim taking us to his new Mercedes minivan.
It is so nice after a long international trip to have someone waiting at baggage claim to take you directly to the hotel and help with your belongings.

excellent
We had a really nice experience with VIP Travel Services and would recommend it to everyone. They've been on time and even had no problem with changes of plans which we asked them 2 days before. Even as we forgot things on the bus, we were able to get the items back the same day! Overall it was an excellent expierence.
