There was no one to pick us up. I called, the man hung up on me. I had a helper call and the man said he didn't have a driver. Had to arrange an Uber when tired and old

No one met me inside the terminal. It took more than an hour to get off the plane and get my luggage and pass through customs. The limo company was not sympathetic and only would take me to my planned location if I paid another $20. Also it was almost impossible to find the driver. There were no advance instructions and he had an extremely difficult time telling me what to do to find him.

shuttle did not confirm the day before, and did not show up for ride. Also did not reply to messages asking where they were.

Super easy and comfortable transfer by car between Amsterdam and Rotterdam with hotel pick up and drop off. Great driver. So much easier if you have a lot of luggage. Initially thought it was too expensive, but if you have to take a taxi/uber in both cities and buy train tickets, it’s pretty reasonable.

I use Viator for ALL my trips and have always been pleased until my trip to Amsterdam. The Amsterdam Airport transfer operator DID NOT contact me prior to my taking off from the US or after landing at the airport. I could not get in touch with the operator when I landed at 7am. After looking for the operator inside the arrival hall. I went outside to look. I contacted Viator who couldn't contact the operator either. I finally got a text from the operator trying to meet up at 9am. At that point, I had already called an UBER. I am very disappointed and hope Viator does not use this operator in the future. I also expect a refund, as no service was given.

Driver contacted me soon as we landed in Schipol and gave good instructions on where to meet him. Very professional and highly recommend.
