Driver from TAC Tourismo never showed up. When we call then phone number, it went to voicemail. When I called Viator, they said they will send an email to them. Meanwhile we had to find an alternate driver. And they have not refunded me yet! Very disappointing. I will never book through this channel again.
First of all, when booking a transfer, you are asked for the main information such as flight number, arrival time, etc., which you never sent. They tried to contact you days before, but that was not possible, which is why they could not send you a driver. The voucher clearly shows the information to send, which you did not send. The responsibility is yours for not having sent the information. Ahhh, and your money will be refunded to you by Viator. We have no responsibility for that service.
