All wonderful, from the Leonardo with which I closed my package, the drivers, the guides. Everyone worked together so that my husband and I had amazing experiences. Returning to Manaus, I want to be taken care of by Leonardo and this wonderful team.

DO NOT book with this company. My family and I are experienced global travelers, and this is hands-down the worst tour we have ever taken. Here is why you should avoid them: Crammed & Uncomfortable Transportation: We were packed into a tiny van and stuck in the very back row for a 2-hour drive. The seats were incredibly cramped, making my motion sickness unbearable. Unacceptable Passenger Altercation: When we tried to move to other seats during a stop, another passenger threw a tantrum. She physically struck my husband in the head with a water bottle and began screaming at us in Portuguese (which we do not speak). All of this took place in front of our child. Zero Guide Support: Instead of de-escalating the situation or addressing the physical assault, our tour guide left us feeling as if we were out of line. We never raised our voices or retaliated, yet we were treated as the problem. False Advertising (Language): The booking clearly stated this was an English-speaking tour. In reality, about 85% of the tour was conducted in Portuguese. While the waterfalls and natural sites were stunning, you are better off booking with literally any other company. This business does not care about paying customers or basic passenger safety.

The walk is great. I only recommend that people of advanced age or some physical limitation do not make the trail to the Jewish cave. The trail is steep and heavy. But for those who have no limitations is an excellent experience.

I loved all the experiences with cataracts. Each more beautiful than the other, the guides were fantastic with their explanations. My transfer was a little late so I was the last to choose a comfortable seat on the bus. When asking my adult son and autist to sit next to the organizer in the place of a box I was answered that I couldn’t and he was directed to sit in the empty seat at the bottom of the bus so that they could fit his legs from which he was crushed and crushed the other four passengers sitting on both sides. He then told my son to sit in an empty seat next to another tall passenger. This passenger refused to offer the seat to my son claiming that he himself was already having trouble with his own legs. Finally the seat next to the driver was offered by a young man of medium height and solved the problem. The bus seats are differentiated making the first to arrive had preference, and I was ready waiting for the driver well before the combined.

Very good tour, our only problem was that it was only available in portuguese and we didn’t understand a lot of things but the guides were great and it was very nice

It was a very special experience. We had an amazing day in a wonderful environment. Despite the rain, we enjoy every moment. The lunch was excellent, we were welcomed by wonderful guides.

The tour was very good due to the natural attractions of President Figueiredo, it was a day trip and has a lot to know however the driver, who according to him himself was the reserve, forgot to take water that was included in the tour. In addition, there were two tourists from outside the country and neither the driver nor the track guide spoke English, I was the translator for them.

Great experience, super beautiful nature, but mind it's a full day trip, not 6h like the tour description. Also the local guides for the hike usually don't speak any English if that's important for anyone. We would have liked to spend more time at the waterfalls and not just about 20 to 30 minutes each.
