ライフジャケットを着用し、カヤックのフットレストを調整したら、西に向かってルンゲティエッロ洞窟へ出発する準備が整います。 カヤックに乗ったことがない方には、カヤックの乗り方と海での安全に関する簡単な入門レッスンがあります。 このルートでは、アマルフィの最高のビーチに沿って進み、自然の岩のアーチの近くや海の洞窟に入り、この海岸の全長に点在する古い監視塔を鑑賞する機会があります。 海からしか行けないビーチで休憩し、透き通った海でシュノーケリングや水泳を楽しむ時間があります。 出発地点からそれほど遠くないドゥオリオビーチとサンタクローチェビーチを過ぎると、「恋人たちのアーチ」のそばをカヤックで進みます。これは、何百万年も前に海の浸食によって作られた自然の岩のアーチで、その形はキスをしている2頭の象を思い起こさせます。つい最近まで、若いカップルはそこで結婚していました。
少し後、私たちはコンカ デイ マリーニの古い漁村の前を漕ぎ、ソフィア ローレンの別荘の近くを通り、ラ ヴィーテ ビーチにある歴史あるホテル「イル サラチェーノ」を見ます。 ここからは、かつてはドミニコ会の修道女たちの住居だった、現在は高級ホテルに改装された元修道院のサンタ ローザ修道院の素晴らしい景色も見ることができます。 この修道院の厨房で、おいしい「スフォリアテッラ サンタ ローザ」が生まれました。これは、リコッタ チーズ ベースのクリームと小さなドライ フルーツのかけらを詰めた貝殻型のペストリーで、地元の料理の伝統に典型的なものです (出発前に忘れずに味見してください!)。 コンカ デイ マリーニの海岸を過ぎると、西側の盆地に入り、そこでようやくルンゲティエッロ洞窟を見つけて訪れます。この洞窟は、地元の魚にちなんで名付けられた絵のように美しい自然の海の洞窟で、壁の鉱物によって赤と緑の鮮やかなフレスコ画が描かれています。 アマルフィへの帰路では、海と陸の両方の違った、しかし同様に素晴らしい景色が見られます。

The sea kayaking was such a wonderful experience for my family. The tour guides were knowledgeable, funny and so helpful. These guides took their time to help everyone , great crew! The group size was perfect, allowing us to see the sights without having to wait for a large mass of people to share the experience. The time seeing the Amalfi Coast from the sea is such a unique and beautiful perspective. I just wish could have spent a little more time at the beach enjoying the sea.
Everything was awesome! The guides gave us the low down on the cities in the area as well as their history. They also took amazing pictures and developed a camaraderie between everyone on the tour. 100% recommend

Beautiful 3 hours on the water. Equipment is decent, facilities are good and safe to leave bags and valuables. Our guides Tony and I'm sorry I can't recall the other fellow's name, were excellent. Extremely helpful and knowledgable. Tony gave us a lot of helpful advice which made our stay on the coast that much better. Would highly recommend.

A really is a great Amalfi experience. Get away from the crowds and see the coast from the water. The instructors are freindly, knowledge and very helpful.
