Our guide and driver met us at our hotel and we had a nice drive to the tombs. We learned SO MUCH and had a wonderful time with the crew. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the knowledge was insane. Very much worth taking a tour to see and experience.

I went on a trip from Cairo to Minya with a guide Abanoub. The access to the city is controlled by the police, but Abanoub and the driver made the process smooth. We got to see many sites - from Beni Hasan tombs, with beautiful views of the Nile valley, to the ruins of Antinopolis, nearby villages and old churches. The best part of the trip was, however, Abanoub’s storytelling. He can talk captivatingly about the entire Egyptian history, from pyramid building to emperor Hadrian’s visits to Egypt, to the intricacies of the Coptic culture. A wonderful trip for true connoisseurs of history & culture.

I l love archaeology and the tour was really exciting, better than expected. I found the company by internet since not many companies offer this tour and talk to Salma who helped me a lot even though a permission to visit Amarna is required. The driver Ahmed Sabry and the guide Ahmed Elsayed, both Ahmed were so kind, get on time and were pending of me and make me feel very comfortable. I feel secure with both of them. The trip, was really nice, the landscape sometimes dessert sometimes fields with people working on them was so relaxing. I don't understand why not many tourist make this tour. For me, it was an amazing experience, when you get Amarna you'll see a lot of mountains with iron doors embedded. When the people in charge opened the iron door I saw inside a tomb. It was amazing, I felt as if I was in a movie. The first tomb surprise me, the second one was more surprising. The guardians were also kind and even though I don't understand Arabic they looked so funny. One of them gave me an stone as a gift On my way back, we stopped to eat something, as I told, both Ahmed were always worried about me.
