What a great trip with Hectmar and crew! The customer service, the personal care and cheer the crew had through the trip made for a wonderful experience. The preparations for lunch and drinks were phenomenal too. We saw so much seal life, felt like a dream. Thank you!
This was so fun! This was our first time snorkeling and we were able to see so much! On top of that there was food included after the snorkeling and we were able to enjoy just swimming in the water and drinking after that!
Absolutely amazing snorkeling experience in Vieques! The water was crystal clear and calm like a swimming pool. We saw sea turtles, sharks, rays, and tons of beautiful marine life! 🐢🦈🌊 The crew kept everything fun and engaging from start to finish, and the music, food, and drinks were all on point. Great vibes, beautiful water, and an unforgettable experience. Definitely one of the highlights of our Puerto Rico trip! 🇵🇷 Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Snorkeling Experience in Puerto Rico! What an absolutely wonderful experience! Our Saturday evening snorkeling trip was amazing from beginning to end. A huge kudos to the entire crew of the Medusa for making the trip so enjoyable, safe, and memorable. Special shout-out to Tutti, Georgia, and Dar — you were fantastic! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. The boat ride, snorkeling, atmosphere, and incredible crew made this one of the highlights of our time in Puerto Rico. You can tell this team genuinely enjoys what they do and cares about giving their guests an unforgettable experience. Kudos again to the Medusa crew and the entire team! It was our first time in Puerto Rico. And we decided to give snorkeling a try and was the best experience ever!!! The whole staff where very nice and welcoming and explained everything before starting. Loved it.
