My guides, Hamada and Foly, were great fun. Pick up was right on time; they ensured I got a close seat and the show and the atmosphere were outstanding (but loud!) - they even kept me company through the show. A unique experience which I thoroughly recommend.
This was easily the highlight of our tour. Great pick up and drop off provided by guide Hamada and driver Hamza. Seamless entry to the beautiful lit open-air location, and mind blowing Sufi dance show. It was a beautiful evening and we felt well taken care off and safe in the hustle and hustle of central Cairo. Thank you, highly recommended
Had a lovely experience watching the show - a true highlight of the trip. EMO travels was very prompt and messaged me via WhatsApp immediately and were very communicative. We had a pick up and guide throughout the show! Overall 10/10 experience.
No one picked us up at the meeting point, and the show turned out to be cancelled. The app sent nonsensical messages and tried to sell us a dinner instead.
Absolutely a unique and incredible experience. Don't miss out on this option. I went with four friends from NYC and it was a highlight of our trip. The performance is fantastic and a reminder of the rich depth of enduring culture that is Egypt.
A powerful experience of the Egyptian Tanoura Dance accompanied by the lovely Imam from Emo Tours. Highly recommended for anyone interested in music, dance, sufism and trance.
The show was cancelled and we were not notified. This does not look good for TripAdvisor or viator or EMO. Your reputation is in danger. We want our money back.
A bunch of idiots is the only way I can describe this experience. * No verifying pickup location ahead of time * No communication with verifying the pickup location * When we attempted communication, they say their words, ignore or can't understand mine. Kind of pointless if I'm supposed to tell you my pickup location right? * No reason to have their support team act as a middle broker when I could've just communicated with my tour guide. Overall, ended up calling uber and during communication with the tour guide, it sounded like this company was blaming him/her.
Had a great time watching this amazing show. Each performance was 30 minutes and it was so mesmerizing to watch the non-stop dancing. Salma our guide was fantastic, she organised a later pickup so we didn't have to wait so long for a 7.00pm start. She answered all our questions and looked after us to make sure we were ok. Our driver Ahmed did an great job driving through new year's eve traffic to get us there on time.
The dance performance itself was great, but the operator of this event was very bad. We couldn’t locate the drive for the pickup and the communication was very frustrating. We ended up taking a taxi to the art center ourselves. This EMO tour operation needs improvement.
