Unfortunately, the operator arrived an hour late and the vehicle was not in comfortable condition; the face-to-face seats are inappropriate for a mountain road, the windows were very dirty, which did not allow for taking photos, and the air conditioning does not work well in the Mercedes Vito. In general, the provider was very bad and, furthermore, poorly informed about the itinerary. I recommend that you print your voucher and let the driver know your plan before leaving; also, if the operator does not contact you a day before, use Viator's help to ensure that they will fulfill your contract. Everything could have been better if the local operator had provided quality services and been more professional. That is why not. Pleasant and relaxing excursion. The driver of the caravan is a boy (. 24 years) simple, humble and shrewd. Unpretentiously, he carries out his duties with passion. Even a small tip (this was not the case) is greeted with a dazzling smile.
