Shak was so respectful, patient, professional , and very very good!. He took excellent of my friends and I. He really made our trip very fun! We explored so much. And most importantly we were SAFE!. Shak was THE BEST HOST a girl could ask for! 🇯🇲❤️ From the very first moment we started communicating with Shak until our final day in Jamaica, he was nothing short of AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, safe, welcomed, and truly able to enjoy our trip. We came to Jamaica as a group of five women who had never been to the country before, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have by our side. Shak treated us like family from day one. He took us everywhere we needed to go, recommended places we would have never thought to visit, and even went out of his way to add extra stops so we could experience more of what Jamaica has to offer. What really stood out to me was how trustworthy, patient, and genuine he was. We never felt like just another group of tourists. He genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience, and he always made us feel safe and taken care of. By the end of the trip, we weren’t even calling him our driver anymore — we were calling each other “Cousin!” 😂❤️ That’s how close and comfortable we became with him. He truly became part of our trip and our experience in Jamaica. I genuinely did NOT want to leave! 😭 If you’re planning a trip to Jamaica and you’re looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, accommodating, knowledgeable, and will make sure you have an unforgettable experience, BOOK WITH SHAK. You will not regret it! And Shak, if you ever see this review — thank you for everything! You made our trip so much more special, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. 🇯🇲❤️ The next time I’m in Jamaica, Shak will ALWAYS be my driver. Forever family! 🇯🇲❤️ Seriously… PLEASE BOOK WITH HIM. You will thank me later!

This is the best person ever to book with. Very nice and knowledgeable on excursions, local eats, and where to go in general. Can’t wait to come back and book with him again!

omgggg shak was the absolute best! I flew solo to Jamaica for my birthday and he made me feel like I’ve known him for years. My experience with him from start to finish was amazing! he’s very respectful, reliable, and punctual. I will definitely book him again for my next visit to Jamaica. Book him and I promise you’ll enjoy your experience.

Shak is very reliable and nice! I booked through another transportation company and he fell through. I met Shak from the initial pick up and he made sure I had a ride back to the airport when the other company fell through. Says a lot about his character.

Fast and very nice. The driver did not have his had out for a tip like everyone else would book again

Our experience with this airport pickup service in Jamaica was outstanding from start to finish. Shak was absolutely amazing and provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. From before we arrived, he checked to make sure we had safe travels, and upon arrival, he made us feel welcome with a rum punch, which was the perfect way to start our vacation. Not only did Shak ensure our travels were smooth and stress-free, but he also went above and beyond by taking us to a spot to grab a quick meal before our Airbnb check-in. It was a great touch that allowed us to experience authentic Jamaican food right away.

Shak is the best! He was very communicative and easy to find when we landed. We were too early for check-in and he stayed with us, and took us to a local spot for food and drinks to help kill time. He’s the best!

Shak of Hcj Tours Jamaica was super responsive on WhatsApp, punctual, reliable and friendly. My Airbnb host’s driver didn’t work out. I booked Shak just after I boarded my flight. He confirmed immediately before take off and he was there to pick me up 4 hours later when I landed in a clean and comfortable van. I’m booking him right now for a ride back to the airport. Although I didn’t need any transport during my stay, Shak is going to be my go-to for all transportation for future trips.
