Our driver was fantastic from start to finish! They were waiting for us right on time, helped load our luggage without being asked, and got us safely to our hotel through traffic with friendly conversation along the way. The car was clean and comfortable, and it made for a stress-free end to a long travel day. Highly recommend — five stars!
I booked a round trip transfer from Liberia airport to my hotel and arranged a full day excursion after the pick up. Everything went smoothly and communication was excellent . They customized the excursion for me much cheaper than anywhere else . Jorge and Fabian were excellent tour guides . 100% satisfied and will refer them to my friends traveling to Guanacaste region
Jorge and Gerson were excellent! Arranging the transfer, changing pickup details when our flight was delayed were so easy. Our party was split because of flight delays, causing my daughter to arrive late in the evening. Jorge helped ensure an easy and safe transport to the resort. They made getting to and from the airport a breeze. I would definitely use them on my next trip to Guanacaste....and recommend them to my friends and family.
We had a great experience! The only issue was on the return trip to the airport. We were quoted one amount but the driver gave us a different amount which was $10 more. We did not mention the difference and just paid. The drivers were lovely and spoke English very well. I would absolutely recommend or use in the future!!
We had such a fantastic experience with Jorge as our driver during our trip to Costa Rica! From the moment he picked us up at the airport, he was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. After a long travel day, it was such a relief to be greeted by someone so friendly and positive. Jorge made our drive to the Secrets resort feel effortless and enjoyable. He shared helpful local insights along the way, pointed out beautiful scenery, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. His energy was upbeat and genuine, which really set the tone for the start of our trip. He also drove us to pick up our rental car, and once again, everything was smooth and stress-free. He was punctual, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. If you have the chance to ride with Jorge, don’t hesitate—he truly made our travel experience even better. Jorge was fantastic! Each of his airport drivers arrived on time and brought us where we needed to go. We also used Jorge for all of our activities. He planned out our week with our input. Each day he picked us up and brought us to our activities, and then brought us back home. While we were riding, he would explain what we were seeing and what we were going to be doing each day. He’s so much fun and really sweet and funny. He made our week very special. We had a blast!
They were on time. Confirmed everything in advance. Cleaned vehicles , air conditioned. Plenty of room for the four of us travelling and all of our luggage.
Although it was a long trip (because of accident and traffic). We were relaxed and listening to James about the area and farming.
