Damon is an excellent guide. He arrived early at the hotel and planned the day perfectly. We cosidered doing the trip on out own but this was so much better. Damon has the apps to make bookings for the driverless bus, the robot taxi and the drone drinks delivery. He also had a driver who "appeared" whenever he was needed to get us to the next stop. Damon organised an excellent lunch. All in all it was a packed day. But in addition to the tech Damon was happy to answer general questions about living in Guangzhou. We saw so many things and learned so much - I would highly recommend. Damon's English is excellent.

It was great to see cutting-edge tools in action and get a feel for the culture of the teams building them. Overall, the tour was engaging, informative and inspiring, and I would definitely suggest other travellers add this to their plans if they’re curious about the tech scene.

This high tech tour with Damon from Guangzhou Local Tours was a lot of fun. We made a robot do a back flip, got beaten by a robot at chess, and experienced a driverless taxi ride. I highly recommend Damon as a tour guide - he was so helpful in the lead up to the tour as well as being super friendly, informative and dedicated to getting his customers the best experience possible on the day.

We had a great tour today with Damon. It was packed full of really interesting things and was extremely well coordinated with the driver throughout the day. Damon was very flexible, very knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. You can tell he is genuinely proud of his city and really enjoys showing it off to visitors, which made the experience even better. We really enjoyed the day and would highly recommend him.

Damon, our tour guide, was incredibly kind, accommodating and knowledgeable about his home town’s history and culture. It was fascinating to learn about China’s technological advancements that aren’t operating in Australia yet!
