The operator called to change time on the morning to afternoon, did not stop at marina as the roads were busy, no access to the kasban as described in tour, the mosque was a 5 min walk around the outside of it once again not what was described on the booking. I would not recommend this tour. The cable car and trip to the argon factory to be pressured into buying something was all that resembled the description.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future travelers. The tour was originally scheduled for 10:00, but due to poor visibility caused by fog, we contacted you and agreed to move the pickup to 14:00. This change was confirmed by you in writing. Regarding the Marina, access was affected by heavy traffic and road congestion, which was beyond our control. Regarding the Kasbah, our tour description does not state that entrance inside the Kasbah is included. It describes the Kasbah visit and its panoramic views. Finally, purchases at the argan cooperative are entirely optional and guests are never required to buy anything. We always aim to provide a transparent and enjoyable experience for our guests and appreciate your feedback.

We went to the Medina with Abdul. Replica of a traditional Amazout town centre. Interesting place to visit, very relaxed. Evocative! Definitely needs a taxi.

We had a great time visiting Kasbah and seeing the Mohammed 5 mosque. The cable ride was great and after we went to the shop where they make natural oils for beauty and medicinal use which was great! 😁 At the end we visited the biggest market of Morocco where you can find different varieties of food, clothes and more 👌🏼Our guide Abdesslam was perfect, the guide of Agadir was perfect and the history was very interesting. Recommended to anyone who is visiting Agadir.

We really enjoyed our morning tour with Abdul Salaam giving us a little taster of Agadir. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and driven down to the marina for a quick drive around before our drive up to the Kasbah. On our 20 min or so drive Abdul Salaam gave us a brief history of the city and answered any questions we had. We were given 15 mins up at the Kasbah to stroll around and take some photos before we got the cable car down where we were met at the bottom to continue our tour. Next, we went to a small shop/factory which gave us an idea of how the unique to the area Argan oil is manufactured and we had a very nice mint tea which we prefer with sugar. After making a little purchase ( no pressure to do so) we were shown the beautiful Mosque across the road for more photos. Back in the minivan we were taken to the huge Souk where we had an hour to walk around and even managed not to get lost! Finally we were taken back to our hotel after a great morning, thank you Abdul Salaam. All this for under £22 each!
