The experience is designed to be three hours, and we move through the tour based on guest comfort, engagement, and natural dining time at each stop. If the experience felt shorter than expected or closer to two hours on the day, we sincerely apologize if this felt undervalued. Our approach prioritizes comfort and enjoyment rather than rushing guests through locations. Regarding transportation and additional costs, all inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated in the tour description, and this is communicated with guests prior to the experience starting. Transportation during the tour is included, while transport before or after the experience is not. We also maintain open communication before and during the tour, and if anything does not meet a guest’s expectations or standards, we actively engage to ensure concerns are addressed and guests are comfortable throughout the experience. Based on feedback from our other reviews, we have not experienced ongoing concerns regarding pricing, with most guests finding the experience fairly priced and well structured.
