This transfer was on time and very professional. I highly recommend this service.
I took two trips with this company. First was booked through Viator, and the second was through Trip Advisor. Drivers were on time, even with slight flight delays and changes. Cars were clean. Owner gave very good instructions via What's App with the name and picture of the driver and the car, and where to meet. Everything in terms of the rides was perfect. My only issue is that with each ride, I was contacted by the owner after booking online, where a particular amount was specified, and told that I had booked incorrectly and that I needed to supplement with a certain amount of cash to the driver, beyond what I paid through Viator or Trip Advisor - $10 extra the first time, and $40 extra the second. With the second ride, I found out about the incorrect booking and the additional $40 cash that I needed only the day before. I made the reservation three months in advance, so I was annoyed by that. The total amount was not unreasonable, however I didn't really understand why the amount changed.

In your case, the reservations were made for city transfers (Ezeiza–City and Aeroparque–City), which have lower rates ($67 and $37). However, the service required was a **direct airport-to-airport transfer**, which has a different fixed rate of $77. Since bookings made through platforms like Viator or Tripadvisor cannot be modified on our end, the available options are: * Cancel and rebook the correct service, or * Keep the existing reservation and pay only the price difference In your case, you chose to keep the reservations and pay the difference, which allowed us to proceed without affecting your schedule. We do understand your point regarding the timing, and we are already improving our processes to detect and notify these situations earlier, especially for bookings made well in advance. These guys were great. The communication, via WhatsApp worked very well and clear pick instructions as well driver and car details provided ahead of time. We were transiting via Buenos Aires so had a few bookings, each went very well. We had a lot of flight changes and other moving pieces, these guys worked so well to take care of us. I will be using these guys next time I visit. On a side note, we were two people, with 4 checked bags and 4 carry on, that's a lot of kit, if your like us, be sure to request a larger car.
Communication for this booking was exemplary. Cesar contacted us as soon as the booking was made. I was sent a photo of our driver and his car ahead of time. Pick up instructions were clear and easy. Would highly recommend using this service.
