The driver never checked my flight arrival time, the airline changed the departure to a half an hour earlier than scheduled. He wasn't there, I looked all over, it is a small airport only 1 exit. I looked both inside and outside. I jumped in a taxi, which turned out to be almost half the price. In Izmir the taxis are very inexpensive. To make matters worse, the driver lied about being late. Fortunately I screenshot his first question which was a half hour later than he claimed. BTW, it was after midnight and my flight was the only one landing. Unreliable and argumentative company.
The customer failed to show up for the appointment, The flight landed at 00:30 and our driver was at the airport.The flight was a domestic flight and the driver was waiting for the domestic arrival exit. The customer said they came out but they did not find the driver. Please see attached the board. We waited for the customer but they did not find the driver and contacted us. Best regards
Our driver went to the wrong terminal and therefore was not present when we were ready with our luggage. He loaded our luggage in the rear of the vehicle and upon arrival at the hotel, he unloaded and transferred to the Izmir Marriott bell staff. However, he failed to unload one of our luggage pieces. When we contacted the transfer service, they were slow and unfriendly to solve this problem. They finally said they would return the luggage to the hotel the next day or for a charge of Euros 10. It was their driver’s failure to unload the piece of luggage that he put into the vehicle storage area. I will not us Viator for this service in the future.
Driver was waiting for us. He spoke very little English so communicating was difficult, but he was very kind. He was also patient as we had to go find our luggage in a different terminal and drove around to pick up the part of my family from the other terminal. The van was very nice and ride was smooth and easy. Nice to have this planned after a long few days of travel.

When you arrive at the airport, make sure you walk outside to the pick up area. Wait for the driver. He will have your name on a piece of paper.
