On time and the most friendly drivers! Loved the fact they messaged us before each pick up, in lovely air conditioned minibus I would 100 per cent recommend Mister transfer in Lanzarote

Driver was there waiting for us very friendly took cases and was very curious help my husband in taxie as he is disabled and made sure he was comfortable in his seat I use them every time I came and have never had a problem they are great as for stars I would give 10 out of 10

Driver was waiting at the airport which was a relief after reading earlier reviews but we got through airport in 15 minutes. We were heading to Playa Blanca but he turned of into puerto del carmen to fill up his minibus. This was the slowest fill up of a vehicle I’ve ever had the amusement to watch! He went up a penny at a time for the last 15 minutes- yup! It took 25 minutes to fill the dam thing! My husband and I could do nothing but watch him dismayed 😧 Honestly guys- fill up your van before you turn up at the airport!! In the end, the airport bus/ transport beat us to the destination 😂

We booked a return private airport transfer to playa blanca. Despite having email confirmation and paying in full, our transfer was a no show so we took taxis to our hotel instead. Almost 4 weeks later we are still chasing our refund from the company and no replies to our messages.

We will NEVER EVER book ZIP TRANSFERS ever again. We pre-booked and paid a transfer from Arrecife airport to Playa Honda on 13th April and a return on 20th April. When we arrived at the airport we had to wait almost an hour for them to collect us even though they knew our flight details. The driver then took us to the wrong place at first. We should have thought then about the return but as we had already paid and booked we went ahead with it as surely they can’t do the same thing again. How wrong were we. We waited until just gone the time for picking up and they weren’t there. My husband rang them and they said they would ring us back. 10 minutes later they rang to say sorry no cars available and to walk to the taxi rank 10 minutes away! Bearing in mind that I walk with a stick and we are both in our 70s! We managed to get a taxi there and were charged 10 euro. We had paid zip transfers 20 euros each way. We have been refunded half of it.

Very poor communication to confirm status of booking - had to call from airport on arrival to check if transfer was confirmed or not! Unfortunately there was no availability but an email to confirm either way would have been helpful and wouldn't have required much effort. Would not recommend.

I booked a return trip from Lanzarore airport to Playa Blanca with Viva Transfers. There were 10 of us including four small grandchildren and also 10 large suitcases. I opted for the 18 seater to ensure we had enough space and also it was the same price as a 14 seater. I contacted Viva Transfers before the day we arrived to check that everything was in place as we had booked child and booster seats. I received an immediate reply from Sabrina to confirm that everything was in place. This gave me peace of mind that if anything did go wrong someone would answer the phone. On arrival we were greeted just outside the gate and taken to the mini coach. Our driver was friendly and courteous the child seats were very good and we were in Playa Blanca in 45 minutes. The return trip was repeated and Sabrina again confirmed pick up time back to the airport. We had a different coach and driver but again the same standard. I would definitely use Viva transfers again in Lanzarote and would certainly recommend.

Highly disappointed with this company, used them for the transfer from airport to hotel for a group of 6 adults and I have no issues with that part, all worked out well but we booked to have the return trip from the hotel to the airport and it was declined with no reasoning. I still haven't received my refund of payment which they were quick enough to take.

Great communication and prompt response. Service i can not fault. Also local cab company service at Lanzarote was excellent
