Paid $35 for Ac Toyota Coaster ride but was put on a regular bus. No notification beforehand in emails they sent to me before the ride. No refund of the price difference. After filing complaint with Viator, no response either.
Dear Guest Good morning Sorry for late reply. Actually due to your last hour booking we changed the similar another bus. That was not the regular bus. Due to road condition you might feel that. Next time we will take care of it.
I have done very Comfortable Toyota coaster journey from KATHMANDU to POKHARA. Very experienced driver. On time service. I am very happy with their service.
