This experience was great! We had a great time cooking with Kat! She was very engaging and really helpful. The wine tasting and lunch was delicious.
We had such a wonderful experience at our cooking class earlier this week. Kat was an amazing host and made the entire cooking class fun, engaging, and memorable. The views and setting were absolutely beautiful! The food was fantastic, and the tour and history of the castle were both fascinating and interesting. From start to finish, it was a truly unforgettable experience. This experience is well worth the money spent!

Chefs Alexandra and Kat are fabulous. With the backdrop of beautiful Tuscany rolling hills that looked like they were from a painting, we learned to make ravioli, togliatelli and Tiramisu. And it all culminated into a lovely and delicious Toscana lunch with a view and a lovely breeze. We give it 5 Stratman. Outstanding.
We had a fabulous time at this cooking class! Alexandra did an amazing job at teaching us how to make pasta and Kat was a great assistant. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

We had an amazing time cooking together with Cat. She was warm, friendly and welcoming and it truly felt like we were cooking with a friend from home. My husband is a novice in the kitchen but learning to make homemade pasta together was a wonderful experience. We indulged in tiramisu, sage & butter ravioli and a pomodoro tagliatelle that WE made and it was delicious! The wines that we sampled were an extra treat that we loved. So much so that we bought a bottle to bring home. The views from the kitchen and dining table are absolutely stunning. 10/10 highly recommend!
