This year, we absolutely wanted to visit Kibyra after we had seen important findings in the Burdur museum. Sagalassos and Kibyra form a splendid pair of sites located quite high in the mountains. Both might change your perception of the role of water in ancient cities. As Kibyra is quite remote we opted for a tailor-made full-day solution: pickup at the hotel in Antalya, storage of our luggage in the trunk of the car, guided tour in Kibyra, return to Antalya bus station in order to continue our journey.
