Great Guide for 911 Memorial Tour
Dave was our tour guide and he did an exceptional job. I loved his thoroughness, ability to communicate well and that he brought a binder of photos which helped give a visual to what he was talking about. He also had a portable microphone which helped in the areas where it was hard to hear. It was also an interesting note that he was right there when the towers came down during 911. His first hand account was interesting to hear. I would definitely take one of his tours again.

Informative & Engaging Tour
We had an amazing experience with Dave as our tour guide in New York. From start to finish, he was incredibly informative, personable, and engaging. What really stood out was the personal touch he brought to the tour - he didn’t just show us the typical sights, but shared stories, insights, photos, and local knowledge that made each stop feel meaningful and memorable.
Dave’s passion for the city was evident, and he took the time to connect with everyone in the group, making the experience feel more like exploring New York with a knowledgeable friend than being on a standard tour. We learned so much and discovered places we never would have appreciated on our own.

ZERO Stars - Sad Customers
SCAM. And if it isn’t … then HORRIBLE customer experience. They did NOT give us our tickets for the museum and observatory. We only did the walking tour and when it ended we had no explanation and NO TICKETS for the other experiences. We talked to Albert in customer experience and argued with us that we received them!!! Two kids stuck with no tickets. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Hi Maura,
We're sorry you had a negative experience. Guests are immediately handed their tickets upon check-in. Your tickets are stapled together with your party name at the top. After check-in for your tour, our tour coordinator recorded that no tickets were leftover thus your tickets were handed to someone in your party. Guests are instructed upon receiving tickets to keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced once distributed.

Great tour and tour guide
We started on time and Amy our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about our points of interest-NYSE, Wall Street, Trinity Church, 911 Memorial which included the Oculus in the #3/4 tower, and the charging bull. Amy gave us very clear directions on getting on the boat for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Amy also paced us well so we didn’t feel rushed.
