For Valentine's day, I had booked the couple's Valentine's Day pamper package which was $200 per person days in advance. When we arrived, we were turned away because they were unaware of our booking. I showed them the booking information/ticket and confirmation that it was purchased and paid for in advance. They informed us they have been booked for days and had no available appointments for that day. My husband and I were very upset. We have used Viator before and never ran into this problem, we always showed our tickets and booking info at arrival and everything would go smoothly. If the business was booked for days, it should not have been posted up for people to purchase. It leads me to believe that the business was unaware of their own postings. My husband and I were able to find another place to do a couple's message last minute and they were able to give us an appointment within an hour for half the price not to far away from this place. Although the receptionist was nice and apologized, needless to say, we won't be recommending this place.

My wife and I came here for a couples massage and we had an amazing experience!! The outside of the building is very plain, but don't let that fool you! The inside of the business suite was very high end, clean, and professional. Our masseuses were very good, and customized the massage type to both of our aches/pains. If you're looking for an excellent massage on vacation. Look no further!
