We liked it a lot! Really nicely done. Well told and also informative. The two ladies did a great job!

It was a lot of fun and very engaging.

I participated in the tour yesterday, May 22, 2026. I found it very good because of the two very nice and mystical guides. One of them scares you several times, which is very entertaining because everyone around turns to him. Today, I am going again to one of their tours.

Unfortunately, this tour did not match what was advertised. The listing clearly stated English, but the tour was conducted in German. What made this especially frustrating was how it was handled. When our group didn't understand a question the guide asked in German, she seemed offended — even though we had booked an English tour in good faith. A comment she made was met with laughter from the rest of the group, which left us feeling singled out and embarrassed. I understand language logistics can be complicated, but the solution isn't to make guests feel at fault for not speaking a language they weren't told they'd need. A simple correction to the listing — or a genuine effort to accommodate English speakers during the tour — would go a long way. Until that's addressed, I can't recommend this to English-speaking travellers.

My sister and I booked this tour because we love ghost tours and haunted history. Unfortunately, this option was shown to me and described in English when the tour guide speaks German only. The operator sent a message advising me to cancel, however I only saw this after we arrived at the meeting spot. As I was writing back and attempting to cancel, the guide arrived and I think she said something to me, which I did not catch due to the language barrier and the fact that I was canceling in the app and didn’t see her. Had it ended there, that would have been fine. However, she apparently took it as a sleight that I didn’t catch what she’d said and went back to the rest of the group and said something rude about me in German. They all laughed and that made me look up and see them looking at me and chuckling at my expense. Very odd and unnecessarily nasty over an obvious miscommunication. That brief encounter made me happy that we didn’t have to spend an hour and a half with these folks.

We were led by Creepy Claus, who did a great job. As well as be Krampus' companion. Very interesting and nicely done.

As a Halloween experience we booked this scary tour. It was very authentic. Dark and rain, so perfect for such a tour. You were also personally involved in the tour, which of course made it very exciting. The guides were great. Lots of exciting info about these creepy places.

Interesting stories about Berlin and goes to places where you wouldn't easily find yourself... guides do their best to make the experience fantastically fun / scary. Communication with guide very smooth and easy :) definitely recommended!
