Zach is a great guide. Not only gave us wonderful info about the sights of Sevilla, he was helpful and patient with our Segway riding challenges. And he went above and beyond... we had a ticket issue totally unrelated to this tour and he solved it for us. Talk about excellent customer service.

Excellent experience with Barry, who was very informative about Seville. My friend hadn’t done Segway before but he taught her well and within 5 minutes she was following along behind him with ease. Barry took us to some interesting places and gave us a brief history of the buildings and areas of the city. Highly recommend.

Great fun even as a complete beginner

The organisation from the company was poor. They tried to move our booking to later in the afternoon which we couldn’t do. They then booked us for another time which was then later again as the guide was busy with a previous booking. Problem with the company NOT the guide. Emilio was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, charming, handsome and full of knowledge. He made sure we got the best tour possible. He is a credit to the company.

Macio met us on time and our Segways were ready, all we added was a helmet and off we went. Marcio was always watching for our safety, explaining the varied points of interest and showed us parts of the city we were interested in. We would recommend this trip for anyone wanting a friendly, informative guided tour of Seville. Marcio also gave us very good advice on where to eat.

We had the most wonderful experience exploring Seville with Zack as our tour guide! It was my first time on segway, unlike the rest of the family, and I was very nervous to even try. The patience and care that Zack took to help me get the hang of it and feel comfortable, moreover enjoy the journey in no time, was just exceptional. We learned so much about the fascinating history of the city and didn’t want the tour to end! Thank you for a day we won’t forget, all kudos to Zack for hosting us, we hope to be back soon.
