Great time! The driver was on time, knowledgeable and gave clear instruction regarding where to meet etc. Met some nice people, views were fantastic!

Everything was as scheduled and we had a knowledgable, friendly driver, Yao !! Highly recommended. Thank you, Yao !!

I was glad that I had 90 minutes of free time at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and that I received advice on how to spend that time. The driver was friendly too, which was nice. However, I wish the bus seats had been reserved. At first, we were sitting side-by-side, but when we returned after walking around Moraine Lake, not only had other groups taken our seats, but only distant seats were left for us. It was as unpleasant as the walk around Lake Louise. It's very disappointing to think that if the group composition was known at the time of application, we could have specified it accordingly and avoided such trouble.

The tour itself was very good. We have used Viator several times. Viator depends on local carriers of course. There does not seem to be any company wide methods. You don't know which bus is yours or which person standing around is your driver. The Information Center parking in Camore is crazy. Vehicles everywhere, people not knowing anything.

Lake Moraine!! Unreal, amazing, gorgeous...there aren't enough words to describe it, you HAVE to go see it! I would go again anytime we are in the area. Lake Louise is beautiful as well, it just happened that there was smoke from northern fires the day we were there...would love to see it on a clear day!

Our driver, Lucy was awesome! However I took one star away for the extremely confusing pick up. Lack of details on where the pick up happens (yes at the Royal hotel, but front, back, loading area?). This caused all kinds of unnecessary stress as there were so many tour buses and we had no idea which was ours until she showed up and had a list with my name on it. This should be made clear in the itinerary.

Very good shuttle with a very knowledgeable driver. Andrew was great. Good information. Smooth drive.

Exceptional experience and breathtaking views. I strongly recommend it. Take some snacks and water with your shelf. The only problem was the AC was not working which make the returning trip quite unpleasant. Otherwise everything was very organized and smooth.

Suttle driver was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable but the Suttle was way too small and cramped. I tried to book the cheaper tour but was told it was fully booked so had to pay twice the amount, they only difference between them as far as I could see was the # of people on the bus so did not expect to be so uncomfortable and cramped

Everything well arranged , driver (Andrew) was very professional and very helpful, told a lot about the area
