Gentle harbour cruise with well informed guide

The retired guide told many great stories about Sydney, Australia, the animals in the harbour basin etc. Nice to see the harbour from the water.

Harbour Cruise.

Absolute fantastic tour of everything from the harbour. Very relaxing and informative. The premium package which includes a drink and cheese plate is very good value and the perfect thing to enjoy while enjoying the view.

Bad app

Viator app is poor wouldn’t deliver tickets through the app. Had to get tickets through the vendor at the wharf. Cruise was cut short due to late arrival

Unusual commentary delivery

The commentary is through one’s phone so you need to download the app and have ear plugs - not ideal and inconvenient.

Ok, but could be so much better.

Food wasn't like the photos in the app. The ship is quite good, however no shade upstairs and little seating which is very disappointing and no commentary unless you use your phone.

Lovely trip around Sydney...

Lovely trip around Sydney harbour. Well organised and good value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

A lovely trip around the harbour after a very unsettling startv

Staff very unhelpful when boarding We had no idea where to sit nor did we and others realise that there were allocated seats according to how much one paid This is not made clear at all when booking . We felt very embarrassed and humiliated Staff were unhelpful indeed

Waste of money.

Pretty poor experience. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Boat left late and returned early. Felt short-changed. Didn’t complete the route. No option to get a drink. Don’t waste your money on this - get the Manly ferry which is cheaper and does a better job.

Great gift for elderly mother

Bought as a present for solo elderly mother and they took care of her: well done! Good experience from her raving about it. I might have to do it during a long weekend or when works not so busy.
