Fun informative and great way to get an overview of Madrid. Joshua was a great driver and tour guide.
We had such a fantastic experience on our tuk tuk tour in Madrid it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip! It’s such a fun and relaxed way to see the city, especially when you want to cover a lot of ground without feeling rushed. A huge part of what made it so special was our guide, Elton. He was absolutely brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Madrid. He struck the perfect balance between sharing interesting history and keeping things light and entertaining. Nothing felt scripted, and he was more than happy to answer questions and tailor parts of the tour to what we were most interested in. Elton took us to some beautiful spots we probably wouldn’t have found on our own, and he gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit afterwards too. You could tell he really cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. If you’re visiting Madrid, I’d 100% recommend doing a tuk tuk tour and if you’re lucky enough to get Elton as your guide, you’re in for a treat!
We booked this tour to get a personal and historical overview of Madrid. We stayed 35 min out of Madrid and took an Uber into the city to take this tour. Our operator never showed up at the meeting place. I texted after he was 11 minutes late and called twice. I never received a response. After waiting over 40 minutes I contacted Viator chat and they also received no response to their inquiries. Sadly we cut our losses and took an Uber back to our hotel. We have thoroughly enjoyed past Viator Tuk Tuk tours. I would not recommend this Tuk Tuk tour company unless you have money and time to waste.
Fun way to view the city for sure! I highly recommend it for folks that have never been to Madrid—good fun
Wonderful tour, great tour guide. Lots of good information about Madrid and its history along with the modern area of Madrid. She gave us several areas of interest to go visit on our own and were able to stop to go into a cathedral as well as to get pictures at different areas.
Just the best way to get the city basics down to see where you would like to spend more time. Antonella was the best guide to our starting experience in Madrid. Madrid is an amazing city!

Our tour guide David was a super guide. He was knowledgeable and personable. He also added little extras along the way such as water, photo suggestions and a couple of stops we hadn't expected. We got a lot of local information and suggestions for interesting sights to add to our already too long itinerary. May need to visit again! Thank you David.
