Based on the distance of location already mentioned in the inclusion section, it is explained that pick-ups are included for the Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa areas and in the exclusion section was mentioned and written pick-ups outside Nusa Dua will be charged an extra $10 USD not $15 USD. When you made your booking, you entered the address details for the pick-up, which when viewed on google map, is close to the Nusa Dua area, about 5km from the spa location. However, the reality is that on the day of pick-up your location will be at Benoa Harbour which is approximately 14 km from the spa location. For more information: Benoa Harbour is part of the South Denpasar area and Tanjung Benoa is a location that is part of the Nusa Dua area. As you are not familiar with the name of this area, we DO NOT CHARGE and waive this extra pick-up fee. For massage changes there is an extra charge that you will have to pay to change the package. The price you see at the location is the price that comes directly to the location without a pick-up. Our team has tried to explain this to you, but you do not understand this situation.
