Sunset Canal Cruise
We booked the sunset cruise. Our captain, Paap was so knowledgeable, sharing both the history and love for his country. It rained quite hard and we were so pleased that the boat was covered and we weren’t getting soaked as some of the participants on other tour boats were. Our boat was comfortable and Paap provided nice small touches; the warm blankets were the best! We had a great evening and got lots of recommendations for places to visit during our stay. Highly recommend this small private tour!

Great private canal tour
Great tour with Paap, even with the rainy conditions! He provided us with a lot of architectural and historical information about the canals. The drinks and snacks, especially the black licorice, were a nice touch!

Our group had an...
Our group had an incredible canal tour with our skipper, Deep. He was an awesome guide-friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about Amsterdam. He taught us so much about the city, from its history and culture to its laws and everyday life, and was happy to answer every question we threw at him. The whole experience felt relaxed, personal, and genuinely fun. Deep gave us a much better understanding of Amsterdam and helped shape the rest of our time in the city. It was easily a 10/10 experience for everyone in our group. We would absolutely book another tour when we return, especially if we could have Deep as our skipper again! And the best part was actually the music, made the vibe incredible.

Amazing private tour experience
Paap was an amazing captain and guide! He gave great explanations of the sights, was extremely welcoming and hospitable (responded right away on WhatsApp), and is a very safe and experienced boat driver. I would 100% recommend this relaxed, private tour. Special shout out to the Cherry Coke Zero he had stocked in the fridge! (along with other snacks/beer/wine)

Wonderful birthday canal tour in Amsterdam! ❤️
We had a wonderful private canal tour with Paap to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Everything was perfect — the boat, the beautiful canals, the atmosphere and especially Paap’s warm and friendly hospitality. It was such a special and memorable experience for both of us. Nice private cruise through the Amsterdam canals.
Recommendation for when you want to sail on a private boat through the canals of Amsterdam with friends or family. We could choose which canals we wanted to visit and got as many drinks as we wanted. Prosecco, soda, water, beer. And drops, snack nuts. Captain Alex was friendly and told interesting things about different buildings and canals.

Memorable ! A Must Do !
Viewing Amsterdam while floating through out the canals....while having wonderful conversation with a guide .. ....is a Must Do ! Our guide shared info about the architecture...Amsterdam history...day to day living...and current culture. Lucas was easy going...... friendly and professional ... answering all our questions and allowing us quiet time too. Thanks for a memorable experience Lucas !
