Best Safari Company in the business!!! We booked them for a 9-day safari throughout Kenya for our honeymoon and they blew our expectations!! Not only did they plan us an unforgettable itinerary but they made sure that every moment felt like our honeymoon! Every single hotel we went to had decorated our room with roses and hearts and some even gave us free wine and desserts! Every game drive we went on with Mike was incredible! He was such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about all the animals and even history of the towns. We saw 4/5 big 5 and it was truly a breathtaking experience. Teresa was such a kind woman to work with and even surprised us with gifts on our arrival and departure! It was a pleasure working with her, she was transparent and was willing to do whatever it took to get us a great experience and make sure we were doing everything we wanted to. She booked all our accommodations, all our activities, everywhere we stayed gave us breakfast/lunch/dinner, and all our transportation was in our 4x4 pop up jeep so it was no thinking involved!! We even did a hot air balloon ride over the bush and got to see the Masai village which were both great experiences that we were originally thinking about! If you’re wanting to do a safari in Africa look no further than Heartland!!!

Awesome!!!!!
Trizah was a fantastic host. She gave me options that fit within our budget and we loved the option we settled on. Lake Naivasha Resort was fantastic for our kids and us as a couple. The food was delicious and we had a wide variety to chose from. We had a wide array of activities to indulge in and the boat ride was very informative. My kids cannot wait to get back. Neither can we as the parents. She checked on us each day, from departure, till we got home. Fantastic job Heartland Safaris!
事業者からの返答
Jambo! Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Heartland Safaris! We're delighted that our Managing Director, Trizah and the team, were able to serve you right, within your budget and that your family had such a memorable experience at Lake Naivasha Resort. It's especially rewarding to know your children can't wait to return, specifically, they are central to what we do as we believe children give the most honest response, if its unpleasante, it is clearly that, no sugar coating! For sure, providing personalized service and staying connected with our guests throughout their journey is what we strive for, so your kind words mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to welcoming you and your family on your next experience, we are already set to make it a masterpiece, for you!
