Chef Camilla was amazing! Food was wonderful. 3 hours that’s absolutely fantastic to make delicious food! The kitchen was small but just right for a smaller group.
The food was tasty and delicious ! I wish it had been a little more interactive with us doing more hands on cooking.

We had a spectacular time at this cooking class. The food was delicious. Carena was so informative and give us the history of the food, both indigenous, African, etc.. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend this tour !

Chef Alex made this cooking class an absolutely amazing experience! He was incredibly informative, patient, and entertaining throughout the entire class. He took the time to answer questions, explain techniques clearly, and made everyone feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen. His passion for cooking is contagious, and he created such a fun, welcoming environment with Andrea that made learning easy and enjoyable. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, you'll leave feeling more confident in your skills. If you're thinking about taking a cooking class, definitely book with Chef Alex—you won't regret it. Five stars honestly isn't enough to capture how incredible he made this experience. Alex was truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish! This cooking class ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We made SO many courses and every single part was hands-on, interactive, and genuinely fun. It wasn’t one of those classes where you just sit and watch — we were fully involved the entire time and learned so much about Brazilian cooking, techniques, ingredients, and the culture behind the food. Alex kept the energy up the whole class — had us laughing nonstop, made everyone feel comfortable, and really set the vibe from beginning to end. You can tell he loves what he does and that made the experience even better. Also huge shoutout to Andrea, our sous-chef, because she was incredibly kind, attentive, and helped everything flow so smoothly. Between the food, the laughs, and the overall experience, I would 100% recommend this class to anyone visiting. Come hungry because you’re making HEAVY courses and leaving happy 😂🤍
