Obviously nothing to say about the places visited! Apart from the chaos in the crazy city of Cairo...but this is also folklore. We relied on Francorosso because he gave us confidence, but instead it was not much. Unfortunately the guides who accompanied us (one during the visit to Cairo and the other from Aswan to Luxor respectively) were not up to scratch: they spoke poor Italian, gave very little information about the spectacular places we were visiting... and were in a great hurry! At 4 p.m. they concluded the planned program (which was supposed to last the whole day). Very often in temples they left us alone without giving explanations. And sometimes they tried to blow us out of part of the program. Excellent hotel and cruise ship. International food. However, a very demanding journey: morning morning morning mornings and many kilometers on the means. I want to point out that I have tried very often to contact Francorosso directly (on all his channels) to communicate my thoughts on the trip made. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE (on the phone I don't answer and on the internet there is always "some problem" in the system!

I was first in Cairo where I went to the pyramids, where I had as my guide Angela who was good and very prepared and I was comfortable, but I write this review to describe the guide who accompanied me from Luxor to Aswan on a cruise, with my family and group, his name is Sameh, and he is the best guide, I am not lying, he will tell you everything you need to know, and then you will decide what to be more careful, I have no words to try to tell how well I felt with him, or how to convince you to choose him, he was very kind, helpful, prepared, the top you can find, being that he also trains with Italian even if his pronunciation is already perfect ..... P.S=I had lost my suitcases in Rome, and when they arrived in Cairo he helped me recover them, even though it is not entirely an integral part of his work.

It may have been the series of favorable coincidences or the astral conjunction but the Nile cruise was above expectations. Motorboat in improvement renovation with excellent buffet, varied and abundant, swimming pool always little frequented, large cabin with balcony. A COMMENDATION WITH APPLAUSE TO THE GUIDE EDEN ALI 'MOHAMED who accompanied us exclusively, culturally well prepared and truly an added value. BRAVO.

An interesting journey in Egyptian history and culture, made even more pleasant and complete by the presence of our guide Tarek who always managed impeccably all the stages of the trip and made us relive the places and stories of the past with great participation. In addition we have made with him the extension to Dahshour to the red pyramid and the rhomboid pyramid that I highly recommend!!!

My friend and I have just returned from a trip to Egypt. Neither of us had been there before so we decided to book a tour. We wanted to have a private, customizable tour and booking with Egypt Tours Club was the best decision we made. The entire tour went as smoothly as we could have wanted. From meeting us at the airport, checking us into hotels, making sure we were on the right train, etc. it was fantastic. What made this tour the best (and I would rate it 10 stars if I could) was the tour guides in Cairo - Jimmy and Ahmed. Both of them were totally professional but also friendly, knowledgably, accommodating and funny. We laughed. A lot! Jimmy's knowledge of ancient history was extensive. He answered all our questions and made the history really come alive. I am a bit of an ancient Egypt aficionado and I could see his passion for this - he wasn't just reciting information from a script. He went out of his way for us - like helping me get a SIM card for my phone, stopping at stores, revising times to accommodate us, taking us to places for different Egyptian food. The traffic in Cairo was insanely crazy. Ahmed was the most fantastic driver. I felt totally safe when he drove us through the streets. He, also, was so accommodating to us. I think they are the best tour guides in Egypt! If (when) I return I will book with them again. I recommend that you do as well.

We booked the tour 3 months ahead. Two days before it was to begin they refunded our deposit without any explanation and did not respond to messages. Other tour companies were more expensive than the new higher price for our same tour and didn't fit our itinerary so we booked it again paying the higher price only this time through Viator booking agency. Communication was still not good. We had to send a message almost every night asking when the pickup time for the following morning was. Hotel at beginning of tour was excellent and the meals in the restaurant there were good. Cruise ship was a little rundown but the crew were helpful. The chef was very helpful identifying gluten free options. Nice/Sheba tours fulfilled the itinerary. Value for the price cannot be beat even at the higher price. If they would send out an itinerary with pickup and tour details they would be an unbeatable tour provider.

Our tour guide was WONDERFUL!! He was kind and helped us learn history. We gave him a full schedule for our vacation.

This trip was phenomenal! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Egypt. I took this trip with my sister and her family, including young children. Our tour guide, Ali, was very accommodating and really made ancient Egypt come to life with his knowledge of the history and awareness of our age and interest levels. The Nile cruise, camel rides, pyramids, sphinx, Alexandria, ... all of it, the entire trip was amazing! Everything was arranged and went smoothly. I look forward to another trip to Egypt and will definitely book through Egypt Tours Club!

We did our trip through Egypt Tours Club. Our guides were; Mohammed Gamal (Jimmyaraoh), Ahmid and Alaa Neel (Lily). March 26-April 4th 2022 First, I highly recommend anyone visiting Egypt to do so through a tour company and to use guides. All of our guides displayed tremendous knowledge and information about all the places we visited on our tour. All three of our guides are Egyptologists and we highly recommend them. They did not just gloss over the obvious. They knew a bountiful amount of information about everything and everyone of importance in the various sites and places we visited. They we very easy to talk to and made sure that if there was anything else we wanted to see in addition to what our tour included to let them know. They were very willing to make things work. Our safety was of upmost importance to them. We always felt safe on our tour. Definitely highly recommend using them again and again. We’ve been back home almost a week and we’re still communicating. Very personable group. Hope you enjoy Egypt as much as we did.
