Very Good,Mountain guide and porter all very helpful and very good service

This is my 3rd trip to Nepal Thanks for Mr Saren arrange to change my trip from ACT to Poon Hill & Mardi Himal trek. Yes! I like to thanks to our guide Mr Kumar, his assistant Songbo And porter. They are caring and supportive to our needs. I will come again, See you soon, Nepal!!

If you are looking for an experienced company and a wonderful tour guide, I highly recommend them. Thank you Mr Saran for appointing Kumar and Rosni as our tour guides, for the group of 10. Also, I am very thankful for our porters. These people I genuinely respect and appreciate, despite some speaking very little English, and having to handle demanding guests, keep their smiling faces and be patient (Thumbs up). For me, their hospitality is excellent, and they do their best to keep you happy and are supportive and helpful, but again, it depends on your expectations. The tour guide and porters work very hard, and they deserve more. So, hope you can be generous with them, because they rely on your tips to make a living apart from their pay. Also, make sure you are fit, it is cold during the night and short of breath when you get higher. Water is precious, so get ready for dry cleaning unless you are happy to pay for it. If you are particular with your food, bring some canned food with you; and please bring some snacks, because you may need them while you waiting for your meal, they only have your food cooked when you arrive, to be assured they don't waste food and food are serve in hot. Because it is not easy to deliver resources to the mountain, and of course, food is precious too. I hope it helps. Enjoy your trek!!!

I did the Poon Hill and Mardi Himal BC tour with Saran and it was an absolutely amazing experience with Saran and his team, Nilan, Bilang, Piri and all of the boys keeping us safe and looking after us for the whole journey in the mountains and into the forest. In the end we were like a big family having an amazing time. Thank you for organising this trip for us and I hope to come back to Nepal soon and do the EBC trek with you in the future.

For more than 10 months that I was preparing this journey with Nepal Trek and Tours. We talked every week, every month about the plans, the journey that we would have ahead and the dedication in every single moment that I would need from the team of Nepal Treks and Tours. I can only say that it was much much better than I could ever dream. Every person cared about us, they wanted to make us feel confortable in all possible ways. It was so but so good that in November 2024 I will return to Nepal to travel with you! Thanks guys for everything. This adventure woudnt be possible without you ❤️
