The tour operators are very professional. They provided us with the best egyptologist guide Mr. Mustafa Ortega who is very knowledge and friendly. He guided us well to understand the Egyptian history and culture. Thanks again for a memorable trip.

The worst tour in the world
The worst tour!!!
Nobody came to pick me up,
Sent a lot of messages, never answered
No way to refund, and I lost my chance to tour the pyramids.
I wasted time money and my feelings of the first day in Egypt

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide.
We take this matter very seriously, as missing a pickup is unacceptable. It seems there may have been a communication issue, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this caused, especially on your first day in Egypt.
Please contact us directly with your booking details so we can urgently investigate what happened and offer a proper resolution, including a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled tour.
Your experience does not reflect our usual standards, and we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention

Amazing!
My time in Cairo and during this tour was amazing! Mary was highly knowlegdable, entertaining and just fun to be around. She was also kind enough to show me around since we had extra time available and make suggestions for the remainder of my stay. I would totally recommend this tour along with Mary as your guide!

Good guide and service.
The guide was very knowledgeable and explain all in a very detail, the drivers was in time and we had a great time. Be careful with the camels owner, they will do all their best to scow you and get the maximum of your pocket. Don’t give more then 5$ each as we pay. We had to négociate to get into this deal. Don’t let them stress you.

Amazing day with Guide Ahmed Zakaria
The tour was great value for money and easy to book. The driver and our guide was on time to collect us from our hotel in Cairo. Our tour guide Ahmed was very knowledgeable and professional. He took great care of us from the word go. He had a wealth of information and even answered our questions which were not related to the tour. He made a last minute addition to our booking to also include the Egyptian Museum with the tour agency on our behalf. The Egyptian cuisine that was included in the tour was delicious! Highly recommend this tour and tour guide Ahmed!
