We were excellently advised and looked after by,Experience Egypt. It started right from the pick-up by a private car. No crowds on a bus. The temple complexes were transformed by a lot of information from an Egyptologist into an educational journey through a past century...We had enough time to see everything. Lunch was on the Nile. Very typical food for Egypt. After the Karnak temple, the Hashepsut temple, we went to the temple complex in Luxor. A 2.5 km trail with sphinxes connects the small temple with the large Karnak temple. Not only do you see the drawings of the centuries, you also feel what this people have carried and processed through millennia. The buildings are grandiose and differently well preserved but you can guess what craftsmanship, planning and inventiveness it took to build them. Dan went to a hotel directly on the Nile, to a magnificent sunset. The next day we started early to the Valley of the Kings and after the Habu Temple...both were well documented and walkable. In the end we went back to Hurghada. What an experience with experience Egypt. Over and over again with you.
