I want to give this your two ratings. Operational 0* and your content 5*. I was due to be picked up from my hotel at 8, nobody arrived. I tried to contact the company and no response. An hour and 15 later and I finally got through to John Peter. He tried to tell the guy at the hotel who was helping me that my booking was airport collection (it was clearly stated on all email correspondence that this was not the case) he then advised me that Viator had given him the wrong date but would sort out a private taxi to get me caught up to the group and compensated me with the Massai village tour and boat tour complimentary. The safari itself was great, however for the guide it seemed as if they hadn’t been advised on dietary requirements or safari itineraries as when it was time for me to cross to Tanzania he was unaware of this. Upon being dropped at the border I then waited 3 hours for a shuttle bus. I rhen missed my stop as I was unaware of a change in hotel. I arrived at my hotel and was told a guide would be there at 7pm to greet me and give me details for the Tanzania side of the tour. This guide was also 39/40 mins late which made me anxious based on the start of my trip. The local guide in Tanzania was brilliant. The actual safaris I couldn’t recommend enough but I would probably recommend a different company unless you want your trip filled with anxiety and uncertainty

Hello the world I was in Africa for my amaizing trip to Kenya and Tanzania I booked with African Paradise from Nairobi for a joining Safari in Kenya and Tanzania and all were arranged well I real appreciated the whole operation since the driver was so amazing Thank you African Paradise safari
