The actual experience was amazing. The ticketing was a nightmare. Website failed over and over again. We were unable to pull our tickets and phone calls and emails went unanswered. We showed up at the meeting spot not sure if we were going to be able to go or not since we didn't have the tickets. They only needed our name. Our tour guides name was Nina and she was great - super informative. In the end, this tour was well worth it. Viator needs to improve their website and customer service. If I were to do this again, I would probably book through a different tour service.

This was a fantastic excursion despite the rainy weather. Our guide Vivian did an excellent job explaining the Statue of Liberty an Ellis Island and took the time to include each of her guests in the journey. You can’t go wrong with this experience.

Great tour! Our guide Nina was knowledgeable and made sure we stayed on schedule. I would have liked more time at each site, but hitting all three sites took the entire 5 hours. If you want more leisure at each place I suggest taking them on separate days.

The tour has so much history in every location you visit. The 9/11 memorial is a must see but be prepared to become lost in your feelings as you walk through the sadness of the events that unfolded that day. Our tour guide, Vivian, had so much history knowledge of New York and the surrounding boroughs. Such a wonderful lady to have on your tour! Thank you for such a great time!

While the tour itself was as described, the experience was dimiinshed by the tour guide who treated the 8 person group like kindergarten kids. Example, line up single file, keep up with me, etc

This is a great walking tour. Trip says approximately 5 hours but our day was longer. This does not include entrance into the 9/11 museum, so be prepared to pay. Vivien was wonderful.

Very well thought out experience wear your best walking shoes and check the weather. One chest bag is better than a backpack.

I’ve used Viator previously so expected timely, courteous and quality tour service and did! Samir Matar did an excellent job on our tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The only reason I rated at 4 stars is Viator needs to use the microphone/headset equipment to improve the experience. We found ourselves struggling to hear the guide at times and the headset equipment (like Viator uses in Europe) would have increased the tour value. Well done
