It was very informative. We walked all around the city center(old town) and our guide described a lot of the history behind different sections and buildings. We got to see it from other sides and not just the frontage area. I would recommend that you have your guides and patrons wear those quiet vox things so even folks in the back can hear everything.
We had a wonderful time on this walking tour! Our guide was amazing and so knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely recommend this tour. Thank you!
Guide started with saying she was coming off an illness and voice was just returning. The information provided was mainly redundant (fires from would structures through the centuries), especially for the amount of time, distance walked and price paid.
Hi Barry, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that our tour didn't meet your expectations. But the other reviews we got from the same tour tell a different story. What we present here is a story of Bergen and there are some themes we cannot avoid. And we delivered on exactly the same amount of time as we had promised. This is supposed to be a brief introduction to the city. There can't be any surprise there, don't you agree. And about the price, I suggest you compare it with the other options available anywhere in Norway. All the best with your travels.
The tour is an excellent start to your visit to Bergen. Don, our guide, was very friendly and welcoming and gave a great amount of information.
The tour was great. It ran about 1.5 hours. Don gave us the background history of the city and a better understanding of what we were looking at.
Excellent tour! So informative! Don was excellent. Our pace and tour route was great. I would highly recommend ( don’t forget your parka and/or raincoat😵💫😵💫)
Informative and relaxed tour of Bergen. Our guide was very personable
We had a lovely and informative tour of Bergen with Mattieu. Highly recommend
We had a walk with an English-speaking guide from India. He was very difficult to follow.
Wonderful sharing, very good comments, clear and complete.
