Fantastic 11 day tour of Sri Lanka. We were able to tailor our tour to our agenda and budget and Apple Vacations were great from start to fantastic and can highly recommend. Leicester was our main contact in the office and was very quick to respond to all the changes we wanted to make to our locations, hotels and activities. Danesh our driver and guide took all the hard work out of getting around, providing lots of information and advice and offering ideas of extra things to do. He stopped off at various stalls along the trip so we could try the local produce which made it extra special. Great driver and looked after us very well. Tour was a wonderful insight into the history, culture and nature of Sri Lanka. We particularly loved the Safaris and natural wonders of Sri Lanka. Lovely people, amazing food, beautiful beaches, I can't recommend it enough!

My sisters and I just returned from an 8-day journey through Sri Lanka that we will truly never forget. We were looking for a very specific way to experience the Ramayana Trail, and Arun from Apple Vacations was the one who made it all happen. From the start, Arun was so easy to work with. He provided the best quote for our trip and was incredibly patient whenever we needed to make changes to our itinerary or change our route. His communication via WhatsApp was always proactive, and he really understood how to balance the spiritual nature of the trail with the high-end experience we wanted. We also have to give a huge shout-out to our chauffeur, Rukshan. He was a total professional—always punctual and kept our private van spotless. He handled the entire drive from Negombo through Dambulla, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Galle, and Colombo with such ease. He was very efficient and made our journey enjoyable. After long days exploring sacred sites together, having such a smooth trip was exactly what we needed. If you’re planning a meaningful cultural journey to Sri Lanka, I can’t recommend Arun and Rukshan enough.

I’m a pretty regular traveller and have been to quite a few countries, usually with reputable local tour companies and mostly travelling with fellow Aussies. While scrolling online, I came across Apple Vacations Sri Lanka and just sent a quick “Hi” to see what would happen. At first, I honestly thought it was a robot replying, but it turned out to be a real person — Lester — who came back to me straight away, very polite and easy to talk to. I gave him a call, and from there the conversation just flowed, which gave me confidence right from the start. We were doing a 16-day private tour, travelling as a mixed-age family — my wife and I are over 60, and we had our granddaughters with us (14+). We didn’t want anything rushed or exhausting. Apple Vacations really listened and put together a plan that worked beautifully for everyone. Plenty to see and do, but never felt over the top or tiring. What really surprised us was the price. Even though it was a fully private tour with our own vehicle and guide, it worked out more affordable than some group tours we’d been quoted by other local agents. On top of that, they blocked all our 5-star hotels before asking for full payment, only requesting a 50% advance and the balance on arrival. That level of trust isn’t something you see every day, and it made us feel very comfortable — comfortable enough that we paid the full amount upfront without any worries. From the moment we landed in Sri Lanka, everything was spot on. The airport pickup was smooth, and from day one right through to the end, Aaron looked after us. He wasn’t just a guide — he genuinely cared. When I had knee trouble while climbing Sigiriya, they immediately organised a medical check and scan. No fuss, no stress — just proper care, which meant a lot to us. By the end of the 16 days, Aaron felt more like family than a guide. That says a lot. All up, we had an amazing experience — a private, well-organised tour at a very fair price, better value than many group tours we’d looked at. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Apple Vacations Sri Lanka to families, seniors, or anyone wanting a relaxed, trustworthy, and great-value way to see the country. Big thanks to the whole team — we’ll be talking about this trip for a long time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a private tour and our driver Rukshan was very knowledgable and an excellet driver. It was a very comfortable trip, well paced. The food was excellent, the sights was amazing. We enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommend!!

It's my pleasure to express my gratitude towards apple Vacations for their responsible service during covid 19 pandemic situation. We booked apple Vacations through tour radar, but unfortunately we couldn't complete our tour Meantime due to the lockdown, we were unable travel and flight cancelled So we had to stay in Colombo for nearly 1 week time. we were got provided the daily essentials by apple Vacations to our service apartment with humanity and good way. kept us safe and ensure the survival.

Everything you can say about the country and the agency is little. The beauty of the island, the kindness of its people, and all discovered by this team of great professionals and better people, who at a fair price, have designed a trip tailored to my needs and priorities. Knowledge, confidence, education, all of them first class. A week touring history nature Gastronomy... in my case with Aaron, an extraordinary guide and driver that I don't want to fail to mention, to correspond to his generosity in at least a small part. I travelled solo on a private tour of the 7 Days highlights of srilanka tour with Apple Vacations and My driver was Jani. removing all the hassle and allowing you to him I greatly want to thank Jani, my driver, for such a wonderful week. Jani was such a genuine and friendly person. I feel as if I not only returned from this trip with amazing memories but I also made a friend along the way. He was truly the best driver I have ever had. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned a lot about Sri Lanka life, beliefs and traditions from him  with the itinerary to suit what I wanted to see.  In fact I could have happily done without the guides in Sigiriya and at the temple of tooth.  I would definitely travel with Jani and apple vacations next time , and I highly recommend this tour to all travellers.
