The tour was really gorgeous. The guide was great, his name is Roger. He communicated with us really well, we learned a lot of new things, and it was very informative, interesting, and engaging.

The old town tour convinced us. The tour guide Roger presented the most important sights very well and interestingly in the relatively short time available. This part of the excursion was well organized and met our expectations. The boat trip, on the other hand, was very disappointing. The actual trip lasted only about 5 minutes and was therefore much too short to be perceived as an essential part of the excursion. The helicopter flight was undoubtedly a breathtaking experience and very impressive, but it also lasted only about 6 minutes. Here, too, we felt the duration was significantly too short. Overall, therefore, the price-performance ratio does not add up for us. It is particularly disappointing that the actual duration of the boat trip and the helicopter flight was not stated in the offer. Especially with an excursion where these two experiences make up a significant part of the price, a clear indication of the respective duration should be a matter of course.

My son and I went to Barcelona for his Birthday and I organised a helicopter ride as a gift through Barcelona FC (BFC) . On arrival at the nautical bus, that takes you to the heliport, we were told that the flight had been cancelled and that we needed to contact the operator (Sky Tours). They advised that they had told BFC that it had been cancelled, but at no point were we contacted by Sky Tours or BFC by phone or email to say that it had been cancelled. We have now contacted BFC requesting our money back, but 48 hours later are still waiting to hear back from them. This is appalling service.

It was a wonderful and very complete experience, clear information, very good attention, and a fun plan to do with family or friends.

Fantastic and in formative day out with our guide Oscar. He took us firstly walking around explaining the history and architecture of Barcelona Oscar was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We then went for a short boat trip to the heliport where we had a short induction and then a 6 minute helicopter flight over Barcelona which was really enjoyable. All in all an excellent day out and many thanks to Oscar.

We had such a wonderful experience! Staff were friendly and we didn’t feel scared for our first Helicopter experience.

Our tour operator Carlos was prompt and on time. He provided a lot of information and explained everything thoroughly. We saw many sites. It was a wonderful tour and the sun came out. We would highly recommend.

10 days before our trip the operator reached out to confirm with us so they could book the helicopter. We were traveling and did not get the message. The morning of our tour I received a message saying the walking portion of our tour was cancelled and they would refund $40 of our cost and the meeting place had changed. We were already enroute to the original meeting place, their offices. The gentleman there said we could not do the boat and helicopter this day because it had to be booked a day ahead. We are cruising and leaving this evening. He assured me they would refund our money and they did. Not as we had hoped but it worked out ok.

Very friendly German speaking guide. Roger tells very interesting and he is highly recommended.
